These Terms & Conditions apply to the €15 for 6 months terminal rental promotion (this “Promotion” and/or this “Offer”) herein set forth.
Merchant desires to enter into a Equipment Rental Agreement with BOI Payment Acceptance (BOIPA) at a rental price of €21.99 per month for 24 months (“the Rental Agreement”). Merchant wishes to avail of the Promotion such that, notwithstanding the terms of the Rental Agreement, BOIPA agrees to accept €15 terminal rental for the first 6 months of the Rental Agreement, which will revert to €21.99 from month 7 onwards of the Agreement.
