One of the biggest issues we faced previously was the pace that we move at. Other providers had struggled to keep up with this. Things tend to happen very quickly, given the likes of licensing for example where decisions can impact opening dates etc. When dealing with BOIPA, it’s just been a lot more efficient and they’re also more readily available to work with us.

It’s the people that make the difference. The pricing is competitive and transparent, but I wouldn’t have switched on account of price if I didn’t feel I’d get the service I get with BOIPA, which is very important to our staff and guests. I’d definitely recommend BOIPA for the ease of working with them. They’re easy to contact, and they’re quick. Often when you want these sort of things done it’s a case of do-it-later, but BOIPA managed to get my request in place really quickly.

We use BOIPA reporting to answer questions and ultimately solve problems…. We use it as a problem solver when accounting for figures. If there’s a payment that can’t be accounted for, we can log into the online business reporting portal to draw out the information we need that will help us locate what terminal, location, and store put this through.
